Theatre in Estonian emerged in various song and drama societies, the strongholds of national thought. In the early 20th century, these societies turned into professional theatres, some of which, the national opera Estonia for example, function even today. The scheme from society to theatre is a general phenomenon, because all the present state theatres once belonged to societies. Theatre played an important role in advancing and safeguarding the spirit of Estonians during both the period of last century's national awakening and the oppression of the Soviet regime. After the restoration of Estonia's independence, theatre lost its political significance and became one area of culture amongst many others. Nowadays, theatre has to prove its worth by means of art only. Estonian theatre arts is a mixture of German and Russian theatre.

sending states. Acting as a notary and civil registrar you can register anything in the receiving ountry, but if you return to the sending states, then there is a formal procedure (time + money) to formulate the documents in the sending state language, legalizing etc. Also, consulates tackle issues like death, cases of succession mortis causa, safeguarding interests of minors and others lacking full capacity. Put down customary norms? Main difference: diplomatic missions usually more involve public issues (solve questions between states), consulates involved with private issues (involved with different issues between individuals and organisations of the sending and receiving states, legal and physical persons). Embassy and consulate are different institutions, but located often in one building.
again." One might think that cipher clerks might have corrected such garbles by trial and error, especially in those more leisurely days. But they were not cryptanalysts and may not have known, or have wanted to know, how to make the necessary trials. Serious garbles would thus render the dispatch unreadable until a courier went out and returned with a correction; thus the cipher would have prevented communication instead of safeguarding it. 6. The Era of the Black Chambers REALMONT was under siege. The royal army, under Henry II of Bourbon, Prince of Conde, had invested it at dawn Wednesday, April 19, 1628.
