Näide 1 (binoomjaotus). Valikvastustega test koosneb kümnest küsimustest, iga küsimus sisaldab neli vastusevarianti, nendest ainult üks on õige. Oletame, et vastaja valib vastuseid huupi. Olgu juhuslik suurus X – õigesti vastatud küsimuste arv testis. Koostada juhusliku suuruse X jaotustabel ja tulpdiagramm, leida keskväärtus EX, dispersioon DX ja standardhälve σ.
