In Estonia we have this saying: "In the one edge of a village you farted but in the other edge of village people tell that you pooped yourself." I'm not saying that I never want to know what do other people talk about or I never talk my friends what I have heard. The difference is that I don't judge we're all humans and have our pros and gons. Unfortunately those people don't understand that and at the end of the day everyone knows that Pete and Julia kissed passionately eventhogh they actually just hugged. What's worse why do people even care about this kind of stuff. This is pretty much what I wanted to say about that topic. I'm just sad when people doesn't have their own life to deal with so they take another's life and evaluate it.
aastal. Kõige rohkem meeldis mulle lugu nimega Changed The Way You Kissed Me, mis on electro- dub-pop stiilis kirjutatud nagu ka teised Example lood.

I will knock down the wall and it will be the children´s playground for ever." 6 D But when the children was him they were so frightened that they all ran away and the garden became winter again. Only one little boy didn´t see the giant coming because his eyes were full of tears. The Giant took him genelty in his hands and pout him up into the tree. The tree burst into blossom and the birds came and sang on it. The little boy put his arms round the Giant´s neck and kissed him. When the other children saw that the Giant was not angry any longer, they came running back, and with them came the spring. "It is your garden now," said the Giant. He took a great axe and knocked down the wall.
" However, the Irish greet one another with common English phrases such as "Hello" and "How are you?" or more casual greetings such as 'How's it going?' The most typical Irish greeting is Dia dhuit, which means "God be with you." Goodbye is expressed with Slán (roughly "Go safely") or the warmer Slán agus beannacht ('Go safely, and blessings be with you'). Greetings are generally accompanied by a firm handshake, although in cities and among younger people it is not unusual for women to be kissed on the cheek when greeting. The use of first names is now widespread. Unless one knows someone well, it is usual to telephone before visiting. Rural people are more likely than urban dwellers to drop in on friends unannounced, as was common practice in the past. People like to meet for conversation in pubs, which are important centers of social life. Visiting in the home takes place during holidays, especially between Christmas and New
accord. Behind the curtains Alice was praised by all the band members and especially be Sheila. Yet some girls felt uneasy about the fact that Alice was so talented and young. They seemed happy and smiled with the others, but in their heart they felt jealousy. Soon, Alice went with Sheila to the Raven's, who were to competite against the Spice Dolls later. Matrix saw Alice on stage and now just stared smiling at her. Daemon wasn't so calm-tempered and after spotting Alice he hugged and kissed her many times, calling her the best praising names he knew. Alice was extremely happy now, and so were her friends. Mat treated everyone a soda, not forgetting about Sheila, who became of quite a liking the handsome guitarist. Matrix thought Sheila was nice as well, so a proper party was set up. Some of the other Space Dolls' members joined in as well, but the jealous ones stayed in the shadows. In a couple of hours, the competition ended with the Raven's victory. The Dolls had lost
He growled, deepening the kiss, stroking my tongue with lush slides of his own. I felt the raging beat of his heart against my chest, proof that he wasn't just a hopeless ideal conjured by my fevered imagination. He pushed away from the door. Cupping the back of my head and the curve of my buttocks, he lifted me off my feet. "I want you, Eva. Trouble or not, I can't stop." I was pressed full-body against him, achingly aware of every hot, hard inch of him. I kissed him back as if I could eat him alive. My skin was damp and too sensitive, my breasts heavy and tender. My clit throbbed for attention, pounding along with my raging heartbeat. I was vaguely aware of movement, and then the couch was against my back. Cross was levered over me with one knee on the cushion and the other foot on the floor. His left arm supported his torso while his right hand gripped the back of my knee, sliding upward along my thigh in a firmly possessive glide.
10. Percival. Descendant of Titurel, his mother took him to the forest and brought up in solitude and ignorance. e.g And in twenty years do you know what those people will be? Society, she said blackly. Positive adherent connotation This type of connotation is used less frequently than negative connotation. 6 1 The neighbourhood of close words with inherent positive connotation (delightful, exciting, marvellous, splendid) e.g She kissed my hands. ,,They are beautiful", she said, ,,big and red and brutal." 2 Comparison which includes the given word (like, more, land) e.g Youth is so much more valuable than experiences. It is also far more intelligent. 3 If a word is combined words with pope, wish, want etc. e.g ,,You can't go anywhere without meeting clever people. The thing has become absolute public nuisance. I wish to goodness we had a few fools left." Oscar Wilde 4 Repetition of a word e
Another form of 'evidence' was provided by touching. People believed that if a girl had a fit and if the accused person touched her and the fits stopped that was evidence that the accused person was a witch!. It did not seem to occur to them that it is easy to fake a fit and just as easy to fake it stopping. Yet another form of 'evidence' sought was the Devil's mark or witch mark. People believed that when a person agreed to serve the Devil he kissed or bit them. That left a mark on the person's body. Any mole, birthmark or abnormal growth could be seen as a witch mark. Obviously most people have a mole or birthmark somewhere. Anyone accused of being a witch was likely to be stripped and examined. People believed that if any unusual mark or growth was pricked but did not bleed it was evidence you were a witch. (Unlike 'spectral evidence', which was highly unusual looking for witch marks was common in the 17th century)
Sikes realizes that Oliver has been shot in the arm, and carries him away exclaiming at the loss of blood. Oliver passes out. Chapter 23: Mr. Bumble stopped by to see Mrs. Corney, the matron of the workhouse where Oliver Twist was born. He brought her a bottle of wine, and accepted a cup of tea from her. As they were sitting around the round table, Mr. Bumble kept scooting his chair closer to the old woman. Finally, he grabbed and kissed her. Then came a knock at the door, and the beadle pretended to be doing something away from the matron, while the visitor entered. An old woman from the workhouse came in to tell Mrs. Corney that another woman was dying and was requesting her presence. Mrs. Corney left with the woman, and the beadle waited by looking at her silverware and china. Chapter 24: The matron went down to the room of the sick old woman. The apocrathy's apprentice
FGI 1081 Stylistics (I. Ladusseva) 6 Cases of negative AC are far more numerous than those of positive AC, and the reason is that in English we have a great number of words for conveying positive attitude and not so many of those expressing negative evaluation. Positive adherent connotation 1. The closeness and neighbourhood of words with inherent positive overtones (e.g. "She kissed my hands. They are beautiful, she said, big, and red, and brutal." "beautiful" is positively charged and so it influences "big" and "brutal"). 2. We may have comparison a part of which the word becomes (e.g. O. Wilde "Youth is so much valuable than the experience: it is much so far intelligent." "youth" becomes positive, it is compared to "experience"). 3. Words "hope", "wish", etc. may affect a word in the context (e.g. O
She had been the compartment-mate of his mother, who introduces the two. Immediately, Vronsky is awed by Anna, noticing in her some kind of inner light which shines brightly. The first thing that comes across in Anna is a sense of mysteriousness. You wonder how she could drop her life at home and just come into Moscow on such short notice to see Stiva. "And as soon as her brother had reached her, [Anna] flung her left arm around his neck and drew him rapidly to her, and kissed him warmly, with a gesture that struck Vronsky by its decision and its grace. Vronsky gazed, never taking his eyes from her, and smiled, he could not have said why. But recollecting that his mother was waiting for him, he went back again into the carriage." Just as Vronsky is falling in love, a major accident happens. It appears the stationmaster has either fallen, or thrown himself, in front of the moving train. Vronsky gives the man's widow 200 rubles to impress Anna
" she probed. "Yes -- that was a surprise, too. He noticed I didn't have a jacket last night," I explained. "So are you going out again?" "He offered to drive me to Seattle Saturday because he thinks toy truck isn't up to it -- does that count?" "Yes." She nodded. "Well, then, yes." "W-o-w." She exaggerated the word into three syllables. "Edward Cullen." "I know," I agreed. "Wow" didn't even cover it. "Wait!" Her hands flew up, palms toward me like she was stopping traffic. "Has he kissed you?" "No," I mumbled. "It's not like that." She looked disappointed. I'm sure I did, too. "Do you think Saturday... ?" She raised her eyebrows. "I really doubt it." The discontent in my voice was poorly disguised. "What did you talk about?" She pushed for more information in a whisper. Class had started but Mr. Varner wasn't paying close attention and we weren't the only ones still talking. "I don't know, Jess, lots of stuff," I whispered back. "We talked about the English essay a little." A
And I could see my brother, children, mother, And wife, all die, and never care--a snap. CLEANTE Your feelings are humane, I must say, brother! ORGON Ah! If you'd seen him, as I saw him first, You would have loved him just as much as I. He came to church each day, with contrite mien, Kneeled, on both knees, right opposite my place, And drew the eyes of all the congregation, To watch the fervour of his prayers to heaven; With deep-drawn sighs and great ejaculations, He humbly kissed the earth at every moment; And when I left the church, he ran before me To give me holy water at the door. I learned his poverty, and who he was, By questioning his servant, who is like him, And gave him gifts; but in his modesty He always wanted to return a part. "It is too much," he'd say, "too much by half; I am not worthy of your pity." Then, When I refused to take it back, he'd go, Before my eyes, and give it to the poor. At length heaven bade me take him to my home,
flagon of Rhenish on my head once. This same skull, sir, was Yorick's skull, the king's jester. HAMLET This? 173 First Clown E'en that. HAMLET Let me see. Takes the skull Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio: a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: he hath borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rims at it. Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know not how oft. Where be your gibes now? your gambols? your songs? your flashes of merriment, that were wont to set the table on a roar? Not one now, to mock your own grinning? quite chap-fallen? Now get you to my lady's chamber, and tell her, let her paint an inch thick, to this favour she must come; make her laugh at that. Prithee, Horatio, tell me one thing. HORATIO What's that, my lord? HAMLET Dost thou think Alexander looked o' this fashion i' the earth? HORATIO
and it was not wholly without foundation. You may remember what I told you on that point, when first we talked of it." They were now almost at the door of the house, for she had walked fast to get rid of him; and unwilling, for her sister's sake, to provoke him, she only said in reply, with a good- humoured smile: "Come, Mr. Wickham, we are brother and sister, you know. Do not let us quarrel about the past. In future, I hope we shall be always of one mind." She held out her hand; he kissed it with affectionate gallantry, though he hardly knew how to look, and they entered the house. Chapter 53 Mr. Wickham was so perfectly satisfied with this conversation that he never again distressed himself, or provoked his dear sister Elizabeth, by introducing the subject of it; and she was pleased to find that she had said enough to keep him quiet. The day of his and Lydia's departure soon came, and Mrs. Bennet was forced to submit to
