I have considerable experience of working with animals. I have been walking dogs and making vistis to the animal shelter for about two years now and I love animals. If I were a manager in a large production company I would motivate people by ... To motivate somebody, I usually think before doing something. The main question would be: What are the thing that will motivate myself at job? What are the aspects that makes me to do the work? What could be better? What are the benefits and drawbacks ? If I were a manager in a large production company I would motivate people at first by job security. But there are a lot of other aspects to motivate a workforce. I think that giving a secutity at work is the main aspect that will motivate workforce.
