3 Kasutatud kirjanduse loetelu 1. universal developmental sequence, but rather by suggesting a range of pictorial repertoires along which children's growth in art can be witnessed and encouraged. The work needs to continue with mapping of the different repertoires and exploration of them in regard to the nature and modes of acquisition of these pictorial systems. Some of them may rely on self-directed discovery; others may require guidance and teaching starting early on in one's life. Because the concept of art is constantly broadening and multicultural awareness is leading to a more inclusive dialogue about aesthetic merit and value of different kinds of pictorial imagery, the need to explore diverse avenues of growth and pedagogies that will support it along these multiple dimensions will continue to be an important area to concern and research for years to come. analysis, the capillary is washed with a special solution and filled with new buffer. Because of the use of quartz capillary filled with buffer, onlineUV detection at wavelengths up to 200 nm is possible. The advantage of direct passage of a beam of light through the capillary is the fact that in this case there is no band broadening caused by the detector cell and inlet capillaries. This detection does not introduce additional dead space. Its drawback, however, is a small internal diameter of capillaries (from 25 to 100 micrometers). Such a small optical path length, according to the BeerLambert law, results only a small absorption. Because of this
home to the UK Parliament = British Parliament = Westminster Parliament. Three constituent parts • The Queen-in-Parliament (or King-in-Parliament) – The House of Commons – The House of Lords – The Monarch • The evolution of the Westminster model of Parliament – transfer of authority from the Crown to Parliament – transfer of authority from the House of Lords to the House of Commons – the development of a system of responsible government – the gradual broadening of the right to vote into universal adult suffrage. Uncodified constitution is a type of constitution where the fundamental rules often take the form of customs, usage, precedent and a variety of statutes and legal instruments.[1] An understanding of the constitution is obtained through reading commentary by the judiciary, government committees or legal experts. In such a constitutional system, all these elements may
vivid polyphonic treatment. The first movement has a miniature rondo with three episodes; the form of the second movement is uneven (ABA plus Coda). The First Symphony (1981) marks the quick ripening of Sumera’s talent. 1 The first movement is monothematic, the images sprout from one germ, the descending scale of the Phrygian mode (e-c-h-a-g-f). The intertwining of two trumpets forms a minor triad that is an intrinsic thematic element. The broadening celesta solo is also based on the same Phrygian mode. In their full shape all three thematic elements are heard at mark 65. Example 222. In essence this is a mournful image, being varied, it spreads a shadow over the movement. The second movement is more manifold in its thematics. At the beginning there is no theme, only the faint chromatic undulations of the violins create an impression of whistling wind. Thereafter the brilliant sunny Allegro image shines:
controversy in citizenship education debate. While the primary aim of the education for citizenship is to prepare good citizens, the controversy lies in the notion of what kind of citizenship education schools should promote in liberal societies.73 Along with the respectable body of academic literature in citizenship education that addresses the questions of what types of skills and values should children develop in the context of constantly changing world (broadening globalisation and democracy combined with concerns over the lack of civic and political engagement), the second equally important question lies weather citizenship The International Journal of Children’s Rights 8 (2000), 243–259 (p.257) 71Children`s Rights in Wales (2014), http://www.childrensrightswales.org.uk/raising- awareness.aspx [accessed 22 April 2014]; UNICEF, `UNICEF UK Rights Respecting School Award: A quick guide` (2014) http://www.unicef.org.uk/Documents/Education-
through contacts, rather than through want ads or recruitment agen- cies. Someone has the need for a particular job to be filled and lets it be known within a network. The word goes out from person to person, and an individual who could never be found any other way often surfaces and is directed, as the result of personal connections, to a job for which the person is well suited. Many people have found that by broadening their contacts whenever they got a chance, they have changed their work lives pro- foundly. When they did change careers, they just happened to know the right person who was in the right place to make the right intro- duction to get the right job that saved the individual years of hard work in reaching that same level of responsibility and income. ■ BE A JOINER The major focus of networking developed by most high-achieving
