Joe Adams Situatsiooniülesanne Joe Adams on autokeresid valmistavas tehases konveierliini tööliste brigadir. Töö on täpselt määratletud ja ei sõltu mitte inimestest, vaid konveierist. Kolm- neli korda aastas on ajutised tööseisakud või lühendatakse töönädalaid. Töö on füüsiliselt raske ja kuna see ei nõua erilisi kutseoskusi, pole töötajate haridustase eriti kõrge.
