London Eye The London Eye, at a height of 135 metres and a weight of 1,700 tonnes, is the biggest Ferris wheel in Europe. It´s known also as the Millennium Wheel. It was built between 1998 and 1999. The London Eye has become the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom, visited by over three million people in one year.
