Fr. Tuglas on öelnud: ,, Raamatud on tihedamad kui elu. Nies on elu ekstrakt.
ELTLi kohaselt on ELil pädevus vaid viies valdkonnas: 1) tolliliit; 2) siseturu toimimiseks konkurentsi eeskirjade kehtestamine; 3) rahapoliitika nies riikides, kus rahaühikuks on euro; 4) ühine kaubanduspoliitika; 5) mere bioloogiliste ressursside kaitse kalapoliitika raames. Nendes valgkondades võib õigusakte menetleda vaid EL, liikmesriigid on oma pädevuse talle üle andnud. Näiteks: 1. Tolliliit. Liikmesriigid tolli ei maksa, kauplemisel kolmandate riikidega on ühtne tollitariif. Liikmesriik ei määra ise millist tollimaksu võtab. 2. Konkurents - EL siseturu alus on kahjustamata konkurents. Liikmesriik ei
During the BIM process, data is collected and integrated into the building information model throughout the entire facilitys lifecycle, and can then be used whenever needed, e.g., for exploitation, renovation or demolition. One 52 possible and fast way of sharing information is using the model synchronization method over the internet. This is a fast way of sharing information. Krygiel, Eddy and Nies, Bradley (2008) defined the integrated use of a model as shown in figure 4.1. Workflow is divided into four collaborative steps (adapted): 1. Architects and consultants work on the same model; 2. Stage of refinement, where the model is passed to the contractor and building team 3. Model is adjusted to reflect the change that happened in the field. 4. Then it is shared with owner and facilitys maintenance operators Figure 4
they'd get any more in. So I had to buy Christopher some other toys to make up for the road-race set. But how did you know?" "Strike two," he said. "Just let me ask one more question. Didn't this same sort of thing happen the year before with the robot toy?" "Wait a minute ... you're right. That's just what happened. This is incredible. How did you know?" "No psychic powers; I just happen to know how several of the big toy compa- nies jack up their January and February sales. They start prior to Christmas with at- tractive TV ads for certain special toys. The kids, naturally, want what they see and extract Christmas promises for these items from their parents. Now here's where the genius of the companies' plan comes in: They undersupply the stores with the toys they've gotten the parents to promise. Most parents find those toys sold out and are forced to substitute other toys of equal value
another monolithic attempt to get at the "essence" of language, and all such attempts are doomed to failure. But in particular and less dogmatically, the theory applies only to what the positivists called descriptive, fact-stating lan- guage. But descriptive or fact-stating language is only one kind of language; Verificationism 101 we also ask questions, give orders, write poems, tell jokes, perform ceremo- nies of various kinds, and so on. Presumably an adequate theory of meaning should apply to all these uses of language, since they are all meaningful uses of language in any ordinary sense of the term; but it is hard to see how the Verification Theory could be extended to cover them. Reply The positivists acknowledged that they were addressing meaning only in a restricted sense; they called it "cognitive" meaning. To be "cognitively" meaningful is roughly to be a statement of fact
