Motivation

Probably the highlight for my studies was the opportunity what i found myself trough the Internet, during my 2 year studies. I had a rare chance to do my trainee period in well-known Jamie Oliver restaurant in London. That is Jamie´s first restaurant and also a place, where very many young students are trained to give them a better future. The period spent there is something what i would never change. Variety of cultures and thoughts, but one dream and a one team. What and inspiring place to be, to learn about food, cultures, different opinions on world, business and hospitality.
