Jahiseadus Seaduse tutvustus Seadus sätestab jahiõiguse olemuse, reguleerib jahimaa, jahiulukivaru ja jahisaaduste kasutamist ning kehtestab jahipidamise korralduse ja jahiulukite kaitse abinõud. Käesoleva seaduse eesmärk on tagada jahiulukivaru säilitamine taastusvaruna võimalikult suurele arvule isikutele. Seaduse kohaldamine Kaitstavate loodusobjektide piires rakendatakse jahipidamisel käesoleva seaduse nõudeid, kui seadus või kaitstava loodusobjekti kaitse-eeskiri ei sätesta teisiti. Jahiõigus Jahiõigus on maaomaniku õigus seadusega sätestatud ulatuses ja korras oma maal jahinduse korraldamiseks tingimusi seada, jahti pidada (küttida) või jahipidamist keelata. Jahitunnistust omav maaomanik tohib oma kinnistul jahti pidada, välja arvatud suurulukitele, kui tema kinnisasja pindala ühes ringpiiris on enam kui 20 hektarit. Õigus jahti pidada laieneb maaomaniku vanematele, abikaasale ja lastele, kui nad omavad jahitunnistust. Jah...
Tourism a threat to the environment? Tourism defently has affects to our environment. Size of effect depends on the population of the area visits, but it is not only thing that affects the nature. Tourism affects our environment positively and negatively. For example of positive effect would be that, people who organize hikes take care of pathways and camping places. If they had not built the camp sites for tourists there would be overgrown forest. So may say that thanks to the good and decents businesses are our surroundings clean and pleasant to everyone who like to spend some time and relax in wild. Tourism has a negative impact to environment if a large number of events are organized in a inappropriate sites. Nothing else but family can be an emotional center of people's life, can be a transmitter of culture and raising children. Understanding between the members of the family and consideration for others are very important in family relationship. Tenderness, warm-heartedness and respect must always be present in the family to make it friendly. A lot of activities help members of the family to be on friendly terms: discussing all the family plans together, going on trips hikes together, visiting museums, theaters, exhibitions and exchanging opinions about them, sharing the same joys and sorrows.
