But like many other things, as we are witnessing on almost daily basis, that kind of life brings both positive and negative sides. Firstly, celebrities have a lot of money , which they earn in a simple way. Also they don't have to worry about their future. They can do whatever they are pleased to. Travel wherever they want, live wherever, eat and buy whatever they want. Secondly, if you are young and your parents are rich you can start using the advantages of being rich already as a kid
by trade, and water was the only economical way to ship. Now you could make a great city anywhere, if you could get the right people to move there. So the question of how to make a silicon valley becomes: who are the right people, and how do you get them to move? Two Types I think you only need two kinds of people to create a technology hub: rich people and nerds. They're the limiting reagents in the reaction that produces startups, because they're the only ones present when startups get started. Everyone else will move. Observation bears this out: within the US, towns have become startup hubs if and only if they have both rich people and nerds. Few startups happen in Miami, for example, because although it's full of rich people, it has few nerds. It's not the kind of place nerds

Our mind is used to assume that beauty contains only good things. We forget that beauty can also be dangerous. This rule can be applied to some people that use their appearance to harm others for their own profit. Good looking people are called lucky and others that don't fall under that category are extremely jealous as usual. Pretty face and nice figure can also be used. There's nothing bad in it, of course. We see famous movie stars and celebrities doing it every day. The story is totally different in everyday life. People who are attractive get used to the attention and admiration. They get proud and think that everything that they reach is due to the way they look. People who are attractive use their looks to get a job, to be promoted, to be excused from doing something they don't want to. The atmosphere around them can not be ruined in any way. Wealth does not bring happiness. True or false? Everybody dreams of being wealthier than they currently are. Obviously it's not only our fault that we do, we get that in media every day. Every single day we see people richer than we'll ever be on television. Some of them surely spend a lot, have fun and tell us how good life is. Others invest their money wisely and never seem to spend a dime. That sort of people are usually older than the wasters. Living in a country with almost 10% of the people unemployed, we're jealous of both.
