Dear Ms Peck, I saw your advertisement about volunteering work. I would like to join in and work with children. My name is Mari Mets and I am 18 years old. I speak Hungarian, English and Russian. I have a driving licence. Despite being 18 years old, I have organised holidays for youngsters before (2001 – Hungary; 2002 – Romania). In addition to that I have taken a course in child psychology (October – January 2000). Also, I really like children, I help with neighbour children on a regular basis. I could help with accommodation, organise games and activities, teach children various skills such as pottery, offer some help with general problems. I have some questions about the volunteer work. Where will the children be from? How long will the holidays be? What will living conditions be like? I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, M. Mets
Ajakirjandus ja kommunikatsioon II Panen Google Scholarisse otsingusse "recruiting practices" OR "recruitment practices" AND "youth organization". Class Diversity and Youth Volunteering in the United Kingdom Applying Bourdieu’s Habitus and Cultural Capital. Kuna YFU Eesti on ka MTÜ ja selles artiklis räägib värbamises MTÜs, siis leian, et see väärib lähemalt uurimist. Panen otsingusse lihtsalt "recruiting practices" OR "recruitment practices". Leian järgmise artikli, abstrakti järgi tundub mõistlik lähemalt uurida: Powell, G. N. (1984). Effects of Job Attributes and Recruiting Practices on Applicant Decisions: A Comparison 1. travelling is more interesting and funny than learning at home. Moreover, one particular thing about culture is the unique food. Foreign cuisine has a big variety of cooking methods from the unusual ingridients. Obviously, all travelers prefer to experience it. Additionally, travelling is a perfect possibility for students who would like to practise foreign languages. Many companies and language schools offer great opportunities for them to live in foreign families abroad, participate in volunteering or spend their summer in the international summer camp. Travelling is so exciting amusements and is guaranteed that you will make many memories from it. What is more, people travel because they want to seek for a work in foreign countries. It is clear to everybody that more and more qualified specialists from Estonia are going abroad searching for a well-paid job because their experience is not valued in their motherland. Unfortunately, they have to leave their families for awhile for a job

Mait Rõõmus Mr. Savala English 4 26 September 2013 Prompt #5 We all have felt good about donating something. It gives us inner peace, satisfaction, and an overall benevolent feeling. Donating money, clothes or "yourself" by volunteering does not require us to do the impossible we do that which is quite possible. A few weeks ago, I went through my friend's wallet and found an organ donor card. It really made me think. Would I be willing to donate an organ to help someone or to receive an organ from someone I do not know if I needed it? This whole idea makes me stop and think. Health issues are very common nowadays and luckily, medical science has advanced so much that nearly everything is curable
Why is father worried about one baby? Jonas's father speaks of a weak infant at the nursery whom he is going to temporarily bring home in order to provide better care, since if the baby cannot recover he will have to be released. 7. Why is Jonas apprehensive about the Ceremony of Twelve? He is apprehensive about the upcoming Ceremony of Twelve, when he will be given his official Assignment as a new adult member of the community. He does not have a distinct career preference, although he enjoys volunteering at a variety of different jobs. Though he is a well-behaved citizen and a good student, Jonas is different: he has pale eyes, while most people in his community have dark eyes, and he has unusual powers of perception. Sometimes objects "change" when he looks at them. He does not know it yet, but he alone in his community can perceive flashes of color; for everyone else, the world is as devoid of color as it is of pain, hunger, and inconvenience. 8
