It´s a student´s life

In some cases students have to earn their living simultaneously with their studies. Moreover you claimed that students do not contribute nothing to the society. In the student's defence I have to mention that, we are growing individuals, who develop to be the best contribution and enrichment to our country. So I think it is wrong to judge the book by it's covers. Secondly, it surely is not true that today´s students are lazy and unproductive individuals who do nothing but sit around all day. I know for a fact that a high percentage of students are active in school and after school events and activities. There are some exceptions, who differ form those students. Finally, it is ignorant of you to say that students do not suffer from stress. School is very stressful, specially for a growing and evolving person. Stress is not just for grownups. Students have to deal with it also.

organisational members' relationship with the organisation and has implications for the decision to continue or discontinue membership in the organisation. Effects Organisational commitment can have either a negative or a positive effect on the organization. The negative effect implies that the level of organisational commitment is low. Employees with a low level of organisational commitment tend to be unproductive and some become loafers at work. In some cases the high rate of staff turnover and absenteeism are associated with the low level of organisational commitment. Sometimes, when organizational commitment is over-commitment it may cause neurotic compulsion to succeed, extreme high level of energy, overly loyal employees. On the other hand, when commitment is under-commitment it may cause fear of success or failure, chronic and persistent procrastination.

Effects of sowing on plant diversity along the natural landscape gradient were paralleled by significant effects of sowing on measures of local plant production and community resilience to disturbance. 4 These results support the shifting limitations hypothesis (SLH) that landscape gradients in local plant diversity should reflect shifts in the major regulating factor,

The nature of the construction industry is very often characterized as the following (Koskela2 1992): Low productivity Poor safety Inferior working conditions Insufficient quality The construction industry is seen as an unproductive production system if compared with other industries, e.g., car manufacturing (Koskela and Vrijhoef 2001; Winch 1998).
