Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation In accordance with the Federal Law "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation" temporarily staying in the Russian Federation a foreign citizen must stand on immigration registration after seven working days from the date of arrival at the place of stay.
