(w) and flag. Redrawn from Bjordal and Lokkeborg 1996. 2. Semipelagic (põhjalähedane õngejada) Three methods are employed. The most widely used method involves lines with buoys and buoylines of variable lengths (Fig. 2). Weights are used to keep the line from drifting from its midwater position The second method is the only "throwaway" gear, with a thin monofilament mainline attached to many floats. All floats are hauled before the line is hauled, resulting in irreparably tangled lines. Only the pollock fishery in Korea uses this. The third method is known as overhauling. Lines are set permanently and each day the line is hauled, fish removed, rebaited and redeployed simultaneously. Smallscale cod fishers off Newfoundland use this. Figure. line, Hammersmith & City line, Jubilee line, Metropolitan line, Norther line, Piccadilly line, Victoria line and finally Waterloo & City line ). All the lines have been color coded (Brown, Red,Yellow and so on). The Underground doesn't cost too much (In our age 1.40£ to 6.60£). If you use it regularly you can buy a "Oyster card", which you can use to store your rides/money. The first Underground was opened in 1863 (10 January) useing gas-lit wooden carriages hauled by steam locomotives and it was called Metropolitan Railway. The oldest station of London Underground is The first deep-level tube line was opened in 1890 with electric trains. After that all the lines were electified. Right now about 3.23 million people use the London underground in one day. Today the London underground is the oldest and fourth longest metro system in the world (The longest are Seoul Metropolitan Subway and New york City Subway). Interesting facts about the Underground:
12.5 Püük ringvõrguga Three types of ring nets. Credit: Aquatic Research Instruments. ring net is a surrounding net the form of which is intermediate hybrid between a purse seine and a lampara net: like on a purse seine, rings at the lower edge of the net, allow using a purse line to close it under the fish (pursing) and like on a lampara net, there is a central bunt (with smaller mesh) in which the capture concentrates as the two wings are hauled together and the leadline being shorter than the floatline give 12 some how a spoon-shape as in lamapara net. 12.6 Püük kuuritsaga. Ingl. k. dragnet A "dragnet" can take various forms, from a rectangular net that's equipped with floats on top and weights at the bottom for "dragging a river," to a cone-shaped net that's "dragged" through the sea. Although their designs may be different, their purpose is not - to catch
Hauling the Trawl The hauling procedure is illustrated by a sequence of illustrations below. The speed of hauling for the normal depths operated by such trawler (around 200 fathoms) is around one fathom per second. By the time the gear reaches the surface the vessel is about at a standstill. Kui traalnoot tõuseb veepinnale, peatatakse laeva liikumine 78 The gear is hauled in - during which operation the backstrops are disconnected - until the danlenos reach the drums as shown in Figure and in this situation the bobbins are still partly on the ramp and the cod is is around 75 feet abaft the stern the vessel. Traalnoot on jõudnud trumlini, sõukruvi ei tööta. Traallauad on kinnitatid. 79 Messenger wires to the warping ends of the trawl winch haul both ends gear until the gear is
Three leaders affiliated with the Coronado Expedition were able to reach the Colorado River. The first was Hernando de Alarcón, then Melchior Díaz and lastly Don Garcia Lopez de Cardenas. Alarcón's fleet was tasked to carry supplies and to establish contact with the main body of Coronado's expedition, but was unable to do so because of the extreme distance to Cibola. He traveled up the Colorado river until the river entered the lower half of the Grand Canyon. In this exploration he hauled some supplies for Coronado, but eventually he buried them with a note in a bottle. Melchior Díaz was sent down from Cibola by Coronado take charge of the camp of Corazones and to establish contact with the fleet. Soon after arriving at the camp he set out from the valley of Corazones in Sonora and traveled overland in a north/northwesterly direction until he arrived at the junction of the Colorado River and Gila River
I came a second time, my body quaking violently, tender muscles tightening desperately around his decadent licking. His growl vibrated through me. I didn't have the strength to push him away when he returned to my clit and sucked softly...tirelessly...until I climaxed again, gasping his name. I was boneless as he straightened my leg and still breathless when he pressed kisses up my belly to my breasts. He licked each of my nipples, and then hauled me up with his arms banded around my back. I hung lax and pliable in his grip while he took my mouth with suppressed violence, bruising my lips and betraying how close to the edge he was. He closed my robe; then stood, staring down at me. "Gideon...?" "Seven o'clock, Eva." He reached down and touched my ankle, his fingertips caressing the diamond anklet I'd put on in preparation for the evening. "And keep this on. I want to fuck you while you're wearing nothing else."
not only a great honor; it was also a task that could not be re- fused. For two years, Michelangelo searched for a block of stone out of which he could create the kind of masterpiece the Medicis were looking for. Finally, on a side street of Florence, partially overgrown with weeds and covered with dirt, he found a huge slab of marble lying on wooden trestles. It had been hauled down from the mountains years before and had never been used. Michelangelo had walked past this street many times, but this time he stopped and looked more closely. As he walked back and forth studying the block of marble, he actually envisioned the statue of David and saw it in its entirety. ■ GREAT SUCCESS REQUIRES LONG, HARD WORK
