Usually you can download the files with programs named BitTorrent and uTorrent. The Pirate Bay was established by the Swedish anti-copyright organization Piratbyrån( means piracy bureau). In 2009, the website's founders were put on trial in Sweden, charged with facilitating illegal downloading of copyrighted material. They were found guilty and sentenced to a year in prison with a fine of 30 million SEK (2.7M or US$3.5M as of 2009). In fourteen countries, ISPs have been ordered to block access to the website. themselves that kind of entertainment that they did at the end of 20th century. Because of that there are a lot of piracy in that world and I think that it is one of the biggest crime of nowadays technological ear. Piracy is a form of theft. Morden technology has made wide-scale trading of music possible in the form of MP3 files available over the internet for free, all at the click of a mouse. We have to consider that not everything on the internet is legal. Sharing and downloading music and films is most of the time illegal, but everyone thinks that ,,if everyone is doing it and not getting in trouble, then it must be ok." Before you are downloading or sharing some files that you don't own, you should firstly think about that if you would be happy, when you are giving yourself into something and you get nothing back, because of the others, who's giving it away for free. It's like

higher, as well as less motivation in children. For an example, the average American child listens to 4 hours of music in a day. I personally listen to at least 5 hours of music a day and all that from the computer when I get home. Secondly, the artists would not have such big crowds at their shows and concerts. This way, the artists are getting more recognition and popularity. They are even getting more feedback, which songs people like more. Thirdly, downloading can lead to more purchases of CDs and such. Children especially, who have a favourite band or artist, want to support them or show other friends that they have a material piece from the band. More or less, they are supporting the artists by purchasing their merch. In contrast, though, the people who do listen and do not support them, will not be making any profit from that. And that might lead to the band going into debt, in the worst scenario. In addition, you might be making them feel

Games Programming with Java and Java 3D

First some history: JDK 1.0 was released early in 1996, JDK 1.1 in early 1997, and Java 2 (JDK 1.2) at the end of 1998. Back then, there was a lot of hype promoting Java as a perfect way of programming networked, graphical programs (i.e. as applets), and this is reflected in the very large number of freeware game applets dating from 1996-1998. Unfortunately, the early versions of Java were very slow, leading to disappointing game play. Also, many programmers ignored the overheads of downloading large code, images, audio, etc. Applet security restrictions and weaknesses in Java's media APIs (graphics, sounds, etc) were further problems. All of this contributed to a general feeling that Java was a toy language. Recent versions of Java are quite different: speed is much improved, and APIs crucial to gaming, such as graphics and audio, are of a high quality. Also, there has been a move away from the use of applets towards the downloading of client-side applications

Young people prefer the films, which can be copied from the Internet due to their wide range and easy way of downloading. A following viewpoint concerning the films was brought out it is not wise to obtain the films to home as films are usually watched only once. If one wants to watch the film again, then the film is borrowed from a friend or acquainted again. As for computer programs, an opinion was expressed, that if a particular program is needed in the computer, then a friend is asked to save the program to the computer and there is no interest in origin of the program.
