However, the most successful genres have been rock, popular and traditional fusion, with performers such as Thin Lizzy, Rory Gallagher, The Corrs, The Chieftains, The Irish Tenors, Van Morrison, The Cranberries, U2, The Script and Eleanor McEvoy achieving success nationally and internationally. In the 1990s, pop bands like the Corrs, Boyzone and The Cranberries emerged. In the same decade, Ireland also contributed(toetama) a subgenre of folk metal known as Celtic metal with exponents of the genre including Cruachan, Geasa and Waylander. In winter the dressing should be warm and layerd. Eating healthy food, doing sports and sleeping normally are also very important actions to stay healthy. Healthy food, for example, is different fruits, vegetables and non-fat soups and fries. Also it's very important to drink herbal teas and eat different berries, like bilberries and cranberries. Sport is neccessary to stay active because it strenghtens the immune system and illnesses do not attack that fast. Sleeping less weakens the immune system as much as wrong dressing and unheathly eating together. That is why it is important to sleep every night about 8 hours. I am sure that if people could pay more attention to avoid colds, they would be more healthy.
