the next 6 months. I want to complete a half­ironman within the next 3 years but  only if this does not compromise my ideal body. I want to improve my mind & body by eating healthy foods that provide me clean  sources of energy.  Purpose Shaping my body creates self­esteem. Shaping my body is a clear sign to myself  and others of how I value my own body. The added energy that the gym and  proper cardio provides will enhance my ability to improve other aspects of my life. Training in the gym and training for a triathlon is a highly enjoyable process for  me and helps keep me real grounded. I love hammering out a solid gym session  or a good swim, bike, or run. I love the headspace I get into after these training  sessions. Many of my best ideas come during these moments.
