spending a large amount of their time at the computer. Virtual reality, leads to a strong computer addiction and a loss of reality, principles, purposes and moral values. It can become a complete substitute for Real life. Computer games promote children's thinking and their creative component. But, in practice Firstly today' s youth prefers arcade and sports games that do not contribute to their creative development, and only chase the adrenaline in the body, bringing a sense of joy to children. Secondly, computer games cause children to develop an addictive desire to play them again and again, which adversely affects the child's development. Impact on a person' s vision. This has a negative impact not only the Internet, but also directly on the computer. But there are also benefits of the Internet. The Internet is a major source of information. The Internet lets us find information on almost any subject
system* (PNS). In the brain it helps regulate memory, whilst it controls the actions of skeletal and smooth muscle within the PNS. ACTION POTENTIAL – An electrical phenomenon which occurs when a neurone is activated and temporarily reverses the electrical state of its interior membrane from negative to positive. An electrical charge travels along the axon to the neurone’s ending (terminal) where it triggers the release of a neurotransmitter* and then disappears. ADRENALINE (U.S. - Epinephrine) – A hormone released by the adrenal medulla* and a neurotransmitter acting at the level of the autonomic nervous system and the brain. ADRENAL CORTEX – The outer layer of the adrenal, a small endocrine gland located near the kidney. It produces and secretes several hormones* (corticosteroids) e.g. cortisol. It is implicated in stress response. ADRENAL MEDULLA - The centre of the adrenal, a small endocrine gland located near the kidney
children fault but it is bad parenting. Always when a child sets itself sitting to watch an action movie there has to be a parent near to explain how actually things work or just not allow to watch movies related to violence. Lastly, if we would lower the rate of TV shows, series or movies that include violence it may have an affect on crime but it will more have bad concequences. We watch and enjoy that kind of entertainment every day to rest from stressful day. Often we get our adrenaline rush from there and it helps us from not being aggressive or violent after finishing with the movie. Also there are millions and millions of action fans who love seeing action but don´t do it themselves, but if violence will be forbidden from TV it can lead to even more worse crimes because of the big fans who can´t watch their favourite entertainment anymore. To conclude, in my opinion lowering TV and movie violence would not lead to fewer violent crimes

behaviour by driving the devil from Marie's mind/body. One day, she decides to pour boiling water over Marie to chase the Devil out, declaring, "I will boil him from your mind if you make a peep... by filling you your ear" She puts Marie to sleep behind the stove. She stabs her through the hand with the fork, then takes the poker up alongside her head, and knocks her out. As a result of the painful torture she gets high on adrenaline. At first she experiences strength and feels mentally stronger and empowered. Marie feels that she rises above Sister Leopolda and is her master. In her mind she becomes a saint and tells the nun to kneel before her. As the numbness of the adrenaline fades away, the pain leads her into temporary insanity. They are both ambitious. 3 10
16 mg of caffeine every day, which makes it America's most popular drug. Caffeine is generally 17 consumed in coffee, cola, chocolate, and tea, although it is also available over-the-counter as a 18 stimulant. 19 Caffeine is believed to work by blocking adenosine receptors in the brain and other organs. This 20 reduces the ability of adenosine to bind to the receptors, which would slow down cellular 21 activity. The stimulated nerve cells release the hormone epinephrine (adrenaline), which 22 increases heart rate, blood pressure, and blood flow to muscles, decreases blood flow to the skin 23 and organs, and causes the liver to release glucose. Caffeine also increases levels of the 24 neurotransmitter dopamine. 25 Part of the reason caffeine is classified by the Food and Drug Administration as generally 26 recognized as safe is that toxic doses (over 1000 mg for an average adult) are much higher than 27 typically used doses

(erguti) that causes stress. Acute (terav) stressors affect an organism in the short term; chronic stressors over the longer term. The term stress was first employed in a biological context by the endocrinologist Hans Selye in the 1930s The effects of stress: Alarm is the first stage. When the threat or stressor is identified or realized, the body's stress response is a state of alarm. During this stage adrenaline will be produced in order to bring about the fight-or-flight response (võitle või põgene) Resistance is the second stage. If the stressor persists (püsib), it becomes necessary to attempt some means of coping (toimetulemisega) with the stress. Although the body begins to try to adapt (kohanduma) to the strains (pinge) or demands (nõudmistega) of the environment, the body cannot keep this up indefinitely (määramatult), so its resources are gradually depleted (otsakorral).

" "Ah." He winked. "You're here on a temp pass? That's fine. You can't be expected to make up your mind if you don't get the full experience. I can assure you, though, that CrossTrainer is the best gym in Manhattan." Gideon appeared at Daniel's shoulder. "The full experience is included," he said, coming around and behind me to slide his arms around my waist, "when you're the owner's girlfriend." The word "girlfriend" reverberated through me, sending a crazy rush of adrenaline through my system. It was still sinking in that we had that level of commitment, but that didn't stop me from thinking the designation had a nice ring to it. "Mr. Cross." Daniel straightened and took a step back; then extended his hand. "It's an honor to meet you." "Daniel has me sold on the place," I said to Gideon, as they shook hands. "I thought I'd done that." His hair was wet with sweat and he smelled divine. I'd never known a sweaty man could smell so damn good.
My throat suddenly felt tight. I wasn't used to being taken care of, and Charlie's unspoken concern caught me by surprise. I was standing by the back corner of the truck, struggling to fight back the sudden wave of emotion the snow chains had brought on, when I heard an odd sound. It was a high-pitched screech, and it was fast becoming painfully loud. I looked up, startled. I saw several things simultaneously. Nothing was moving in slow motion, the way it does in the movies. Instead, the adrenaline rush seemed to make my brain work much faster, and I was able to absorb in clear detail several things at once. Edward Cullen was standing four cars down from me, staring at me in horror. His face stood out from a sea of faces, all frozen in the same mask of shock. But of more immediate importance was the dark blue van that was skidding, tires locked and squealing against the brakes, spinning wildly across the ice of the parking lot
caine, snorts it greedily and passes out. Vincent finds her with blood running from her nose and panics. Here Vincent is not just facing Mia's death, but also his own — for he will surely be killed if M i a dies. It was his heroin, his weakness, that caused the problem, along with Mia's lust for sensation. Vincent races to his Mentor's house ( T H E R O A D B A C K ) where a frantic search for a medical book, a marker pen, and a huge adrenaline needle commences. 274 EPILOGUE: LOOKING BACK ON THE JOURNEY Vincent digs deep for the hero's courage to plunge the needle into Mia's heart. In a weird reversal of the classic scene from vampire movies, driving a stake into her heart is actually the way to bring her abrupdy back to life, a R E S U R R E C T I O N . Vincent, like Sir Lancelot, has the godlike power to bring someone back from the land of the dead.
