About my practical training I was in a practical training in AS Põltsamaa Felix. Its a food manufacturing company, which founded in 1993 and located in Põltsamaa in Jõgeva County. Põltsamaa Felix is Estonian's leading food manufacturers and the biggest employer in Jõgeva County. In the company works more than 170 employees. Põltsamaa Felix belongs to the international food industry Group Orkla Foods. That company is responsible for the marketing Orkla Group products in Estonia. Their main value is their trademarks. Põltsamaa Felix's mission is to make a delicious and healthy food and prepare joy to people every day. The vision is to be the leading food and drinks manufacturer in Estonia. KRISTALLMETS Skulptuur “Kristallmets” kujutab puidust modelleeritud kristalle, mille tipud on värviliseks maalitud. Enamasti peetakse ühe maa väärtuslikeks varadeks kulda, hõbedat või teemante. Kahjuks Eesti riigis neid maapõues ei leidu, kuid meil on siiski midagi, mida peaksime enam väärtustama ja millele rohkem tähelepanu pöörama - nimelt puit. Mets katab kuni 55% meie riigi territooriumist, täna veel… See number võib aga kiirelt kahanema hakata, kui me targasti oma metsi ei majanda. Korralik mets kasvab keskmiselt 70 aastat. Noored, kes täna oma talu maadele metsa istutavad, seal sirgunud palkidest endale tõenäoliselt maja ei ehita, pigem nende lapsed või lapselapsed. The share of low fertility, droughtly and coarse rich soils as well as eroded soils, nutrient - poor acid soils and overmoistened soils in the arable area, where agricultural production is not profitable, is relatively large. On all arable land soils with a low or very low content of lactate soluble potassium account for 40 - 65 %. Considerable phosphorus deficit occurs in 20 - 35 % of soils in the arable area.
