One by one, African governments were taken over by military men of questionable character – immoral and illiterates such as Idi Amin of Uganda , Emperor Bokassa of the Central African Republic, Sergent Doe of Liberia, Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire, Sani Abacha of Nigeria. Jammeh of the Gambia is the latest in a line of idiots who seize the ballot box in a corrupt election to declare themselves democratically elected. Today, there are about 2.5 million Africans in the Untied States of America. The majority are the elites who fled and the new elites who are planning to return to an extravagant life of abundance. Hence, the African immigrant group has been declared by the U.S. Census Bureau as the most educated immigrant group in America. But beyond the fact that he is highly educated, the African immigrant, unlike his Indian, Chinese and other immigrant counterparts, has not had any visible impact on America. Most are

A quiet climax can give a sense that all the conflicts have been harmoniously resolved, and all the tensions converted into feelings of pleasure and peace. After a hero has experienced the death of a loved one, there may be a quiet climax of acceptance or understanding. T h e knots of tension created in the body of the story come untied, perhaps after a gende tug from a final realization. ROLLING CLIMAXES Stories may need more than one climax, or a series of r o l l i n g climaxes. Individual subplots may require separate climaxes. T h e Resurrection stage is another nerve ganglion of the story, a checkpoint through which all the threads of the story have to pass. Rebirth and cleansing may have to be experienced on more than one level.

In 1973, an Olympic weight lifting team with no prior experience was formed at DeLand High School in Florida. Their main training protocol was slow, mostly eccentric (lowering) lifting. The team went on to amass more than 100 consecutive competitive wins and remained undefeated and untied for seven years. Letting weight training displace skill training is what makes athletes slower. A focus on muscles shouldn't replace a focus on sport. For competitors outside of the iron game, lifting is a means to an end. It shouldn't interfere with other sport-specific training.
