This means that they not only go to gym, put they don't do any physical activities at all. Some of them don't have time and the others just don't want to. But what are advantages and disadvantages of going to gym? Although going to gym may be tiring, there are certain advantages to be gained. Firstly because physical activities you will loose fatness and get fit, the risk of being overweight is reduced. Secondly, your immunity will be stronger, so the risk of sickening is smaller. On the other hand, during physical activities you may hurt yourself, for example your muscles may rip or you may break a bone or twist your leg. Moreover, you don't have so much free time if you do physical activities regularly, it may take hour or even more in one day, if you want it to have an effect. Although there are some disadvantages to joining a gym, I feel that overall; it is a healthier way of life

THE CAPITALIST NIGER

Whatever it is, it must be in our genes – our inability to take care of ourselves, our dependency on others to take care of our every need. One must question the intelligence of a race of people which has seen how centuries of dependence on others have made them perpetual slaves and who then continue to build castles in the sky. DEGENERATION OF BLACK COMMUNITIES 32 You see, I have lived in America for 32 years now. It is sickening listening to Blacks who are always telling, you that they were the first to move into such and such neighbourhood, “when the whites were still here. Now the community or city has gone to the dogs. Dirty streets, corrupt officials, more crimes, less services and more taxes……etc., etc.” We were it as badge of honour that we were the first to move into a “white neighbourhood.” We feel it is a great achievement to be seen to have been the first to move into a “white” neighbourhood

"I thought this room would be visually dramatic for my little film. That's why I picked this place to meet you. It's perfect, isn't it?" I ignored him, scrambling on my hands and knees, crawling toward the other door. He was over me at once, his foot stepping down hard on my leg. I heard the sickening snap before I felt it. But then I did feel it, and I couldn't hold back my scream of agony. I twisted up to reach for my leg, and he was standing over me, smiling. "Would you like to rethink your last request?" he asked pleasantly. His toe nudged my broken leg and I heard a piercing scream. With a shock, I realized it was mine. "Wouldn't you rather have Edward try to find me?" he prompted. "No!" I croaked. "No, Edward, don't--" And then something smashed into my face, throwing me back
