There were many parties and balls where women did go with their husbands, escorts or wooers. Also these were places, where many available young women and men met with each other. Parties where plentiful and lavish, there were lot of gossip and scheming also. For upper class, every day was bed and roses: handling their hobbies, picnics with friends, dinners with family and friend or doing whatever they liked. Women did not have to think about where to get money, because they had everything, they lived with their heritages or husbands or fathers money.
