Vilniuses (1992) ja Jan Kociani nimeliselt konkursilt Tsehhoslovakkias (1993) ning I auhind Eesti noorte keelpillimängijate võistlusel (1995). Kerem on töötanud aastatel 20012002 Eesti Riikliku Sümfooniaorkestri kontsertmeistri abina ning on sellest alates esinenud orkestri külaliskontsertmeistrina. 2006. aastal tegutses ta aga kontsertmeistrina Inglismaal orkestris Sothbank Sinfonia ning töötab praegu sel ametikohal orkestrites Charities Philharmonia (alates 2006) ning Brandenburg Sinfonia (alates 2007). Lisaks kuulub Kerem kammerorkestrisse Camerata Nordica (Rootsi) ja orkestrisse London Musical Arts. Aastatel 19952002 oli ta Kerem Kvarteti esimene viiul Eestis ja 20022007 Inglismaal, osalenud ka Tobiase Keelpillikvarteti töös. Solistina on Kerem esinenud mitmete orkestrite ees, sh Tallinna Kammerorkester, Rahvusooper Estonia sümfooniaorkester, Brandenburg Sinfonia ja Southbank Sinfonia. Tema
