Erinevusteks on see, et see on suur majablokk erinevate võimalustega- korterid, poed, kino jms. Kuid mõlemal hoonel on funktsionalistlikud omadused. Ehitamisel on kasutatud raudbetooni. 4. Eramu Toompuiestee 6, Tallinn Seda hoonet peetakse esimeseks teadlikuks funktsionalismi näiteks. Herbert Johansoni kavandatud villa, aastal 1929. Aastal 1945 taheti seda hoonet arhitektide majaks, kuid valiti teised majad (Lai 29, Lai 31)
