It is possible that if we begin to think of our communities in terms of the investments we have made and how they could appreciate, then more acceptable so our nouveaux-riche would stay and become role models for others. Dehumanizing ourselves by always being the ones to move into Caucasian neighbourhoods is not an acceptable alternative. MISEDUCATION OF AFRICANS There has been a lot of debate about the intelligence of the Black race. The majority of the Caucasian and Asian races believe that the African race is lower in intelligence than themselves. In fact, as we just entered into the 2000 millennium, there is the perception that the Asian is more intelligent than the Caucasian.
