Mina loen oma praktika väga õnnestunuks, sest kui ma sinna kööki läksin oli minu praktiline osa ümmargune null, kuid nüüd võin igas köögis juba midagi. Täitsin oma eesmärgi ja olin erinevates köökides alustades külmast rootsi lauast ja lõpetades A La Carte köögiga. Kui neid kööke ette lugeda siis olin veel kuumas rootsi lauas, fast- food köögis, messi köögis (kokk kes teeb meeskonnale süüa) ja ühe silmaga piilusin ka gourme (külma ja kuuma) kööki. Tundsin ise asjade vastu huvi ja olen tõsiselt oma teadmiste pagasit täiendanud, nii, et jäi võimalus nädalalõpu töötaja kohale peale kooli. Probleeme üldiselt ei olnud, kuid ikka laeval töötades on kõik töövälisel ajal koos ja seal tekkis suhtlemises pingeid, kuid madalat profiili hoides ja omade asjadega tegeledes üldiselt suuri probleeme ei tekkinud.
