Located in the Ottawa Valley in the eastern portion of Southern Ontario, the city lies on the southern banks of the Ottawa River, a major waterway forming the local boundary between the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec. Connected by several bridges to its Quebec neighbour, the City of Gatineau on the northern shores of the Ottawa River, the two cities had a combined 2009 population of 1,220,674, making it the country's fourth largest metropolitan area. Küsimusele, milliseid mehhaanilist puhastust asendavaid hooldusi Teie salongis pakutakse, vastati järgnevalt: keemilist koorimist 6 salongis, Elsa Hjeronymus puhastust 4 salongis, ultraheli ja mikrolihvimist 4 salongis ning sügavpuhastavat koorimist 1 salongis. Lisaks nimetati erinevaid sarjapuhastusi: Guinot 4 korral ning mainiti ära ka Biodroga, Academie, Germaine de Capuccini, Jannsen Cosmetic, Anesi ja Gatineau (vt. diagramm 1). Küsimusele, kus paluti nimetada spetsiaalseid näohooldussarju asendamaks mehhaanilist puhastust, vastati järgnevalt: 8 kosmeetikut nimetasid Elsa Hjeronymus sarja, 4 Academie ja Guinot, 3 korral teati nimetada Gatineau. Ühel korral mainiti Germaine de Capuccini, Jannsen Cosmetic, Anesi, Danne, Maria Galland ja Living Nature. 4 kosmeetikut ei osanud pakkuda ühtegi sarja, mis asendaks mehhaanilist puhastust.
