Discription of my classsmate Ever since I first met my admirable friend Kristy on-holiday camp several years ago, she has been my favourite, irreplaceable companion. The first thing you notice about her, are her blue eyes, small upturned nose and large sensuous mouth, which make her face very photogenic. At first glance you can also see her long, blond hair, as well as slender body which make her look really amazing. As a rule she enjoys wearing atypical clothes. The most characteristic thing about Kristy is her unprecedented sense of humour. It is rare to cheer everybody up in different situations, yet she always manages to do it. Moreover, she is the life and soul of a party, which makes her extremely sociable. Pointing out her tendency to be incredibly precise and insistance an perfection. Some people claim she may seem quick-tempered but in reality deep down, she is really an amiable person. Kristy has a very unpred...
What about Estonians? In Estonia when a stranger on a street smiles at you, you can assume that: he is either drunk, insane, from another country or all of the above. Estonians don't smile too often. Estonians are not very talkative either. In Estonian schools teachers have stopped asking their students "Are there any questions?" It is especially hard to keep a conversation flowing with an Estonian when you don't know each other very well. I tried to make a conversation with an Estonian classmate of mine once (whom I didn't know very well) and it sounded like that: Me: So... what did you do during your holidays? Classmate: Went skiing. Me: Cool! Did you go there with your family? Classmate: Yeah. Me: And how was the snow? Classmate: Fine. Me (already feeling that our conversation is not going anywhere): So, did you like your holidays? Classmate: I think so.

sacrifice Joosep, a new student Kaspar, his popular girl-friend Thea and other classmates. The film talks about the violence in schools what is a very actual theme in Estonia. There comes a new student Kaspar to a city school and quickly becomes popular because he is communicative and talented. He also gets a popular girl-friend, but it all doesn't like to the class leader Anders. There is also a whipping boy Joosep. Kaspar is going to protect him what changes a new classmate to a foeman of Anders. Developing the film uncovers schools violence, relations with parents, pedagogues apathy, punishment and retribution. For me, the film was really galvanic and thought-provoking. In real Estonia it is not that cruel as it is in film, but it may be possible in somewhere American schools. I think the film is too uncharitable and is not educative for everybody. It is possible that some teenagers follow that lead.
My Friend Robin I have a very good friend called Robin. First we met on 1st September 2002 in Liivalaia gymnasium. He was my first classmate. Since then we have been in the same class, 10 years in a row! Robin is 6 months younger than me he is 16 years old. Robin is quite tall 188 cm, skinny and paleskinned. Comparing with boys, Robin has very long and wavy brown hair. In summer he had a haircut called ,,cornrow", but now his hair is taid back in a ponytail. He is attractive and good looking person. What is that something that makes people call someone a friend? People value different characteristics of others, but it is certain, that a true friend has to be reliable, honest and understanding. Aristotle has said that without friends no one would choose to live, though he had all other goods. I agree with him. I think everyone needs a friend. What is the benefit of money and all other goods if you have no one to share it with? A friend can be your family member, your neighbour, classmate or even your dog. It may be weird to consider an animal as a friend, but people who have a dog or a cat should understand what I mean. Whoever tells that animals do not replace human, may be right, because they can not advise you. Moreover, they do not talk at all, but sometimes it is even better. Sometimes animals are better friends than people just because they listen and do not talk out of turn. Which is my vision of a true friend? He or she has to be someone, who I can completely trust

From 1876 to 1881 he studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh, including a period working in the town of Aston (now a district of Birmingham). While studying, he also began writing short stories; his first published story appeared in Chambers's Edinburgh Journal before he was 20. Following his term at university, he served as a ship's doctor on a voyage to the West African coast. He completed his doctorate on the subject of tabes dorsalis in 1885. In 1882, he joined former classmate George Budd as his partner at a medical practice in Plymouth, but their relationship proved difficult, and Conan Doyle soon left to set up an independent practice. Arriving in Portsmouth in June of that year with less than £10 to his name, he set up a medical practice at 1 Bush Villas in Elm Grove, Southsea. The practice was initially not very successful; while waiting for patients, he again began writing stories. His first significant work was A Study in Scarlet, which appeared in Beeton's

After school that day Stilson waited for Ender with a gang of boys. They wanted to beat him up, but thanks to Ender's cleverness he had the chance to fight Stilson one to one. Surprisingly to everybody he knocked Stilson down, and he thought that tomorrow would be an even worse day if he'd left now. So he decided to win all the coming fight also, ha started to beat Stilson with his leg to his ribs, face, even his groin, and left when he was bleeding quite bad
questions. He doesn't understand that it is dangerous for Paul to put his experiences into words. Others who don't ask questions take too much pride in their silence. Sometimes the screeching of the trams startles Paul because it sounds like shells. He sits in his bedroom with his books and pictures, trying to recapture his childhood feelings of youth and desire, but the memories are only shadows. His identity as a soldier is the only thing to which he can cling. Paul learns from a fellow classmate, Mittelstaedt, now a training officer, that Kantorek has been conscripted into the war. When he met Kantorek, Mittelstaedt tells Paul, he flaunted his authority as a superior officer over their old schoolmaster. He bitterly reminded Kantorek that he coerced Joseph Behm into enlisting against the boy's wishes--Joseph would have been called within three months anyway, and Mittelstaedt believes that Joseph died three months sooner than he would have otherwise
