Näiteks valmisid filmid lisaks eelnimetatud paikadele ka Jaapanis, Mehhikos, Britannias, Saksamaal ja Hiinas. Kuni 1960. aastani, peamiselt nn Esimesel Kuldsel Ajastul, oli loodud tervelt 54 kolmedimensioonilist filmi. Tol aastal linastus esimene Cinemascope tehnoloogiaga (põhimõtteliselt laiekraanil) USA film „September Storm“.
