she had not been there since he left. Hoping to find some clue, he searched the
hut, looked up and down the stream, and then went back home, feeling sorry for
his wife, and angry with his parents, whom he blamed for his misfortune. he
though he would visit a wise man.
1 D Quiss-an-Kweedass and Kind-a-wuss were a youg man and a beautiful girl
in my native village. They were about the same age and had been playmates
from youth. Their friendship grew into love. But they knew that they could never
