Capillary electrophoresis i.k.
1) removing the container with buffer and moving the end of the capillary into the sample
vessel,
2) introducing the sample into the capillary either pressurized or under the influence of an
electric field,
3) new buffer tank installing,
4) voltage suppling for the separation of substances,
5) after a certain period of time divided areas go throw the optical winndow on capillary,
where the spectroscopic detection occurs.
