Catering service-letter

Dear Sir or Madam,
I write to you to complain about the quality of Westhope catering service. I saw
your advertisement in my local newspaper and booked the service for my 21 st birthday
party with high hopes. Unfortunately I was terribly disappointed.
Firstly, a huge variety of dishes is promised in your advertisement. To my
surprise when I asked about some, I was told that many of them were not available.
The second thing that was below standards was delivery. I do not believe that
prompt delivery means food arriving late
