Traditional food

indigenous South African cuisine is Pap. Pap is a traditional staple food of Black
people, a dish made out of maize, similar to corn meal. This dish is eaten like rice or
noodles in other cultures. Pap can be firm or crumbly and can be eaten for breakfast
with milk or sour milk and sugar
