for. We are satisfied with our research and found out what we were set to find out in the first
place. As a conclusion, we could say that this study further developed our perception of
endurance training which will be of use in our futures. Lastly, not only professional athletes

Sissejuhatus
Meie uurimistöö teemaks on vastupidvustreening. Me käsitleme oma uurimistöös
vastupidavust ning selle treenimist. Teema valisime sellepärast, sest tegeleme mõlemad
spordiga ning need teadmised tulevaid meile endile kasuks. Meie uurimistöö on suunatud
