Gentrifikatsioonil on loomulikult hulgaliselt positiivseid külgi, näiteks siselinna alade
kvalitatiivne tõus, uuendamine, suuremad maksutulud, paremad kohalikud teenused,kõrgemad
kinnisvara hinnad, vaesuse hajumine.
