The pros and cons of keeping fit
Keeping fit is a really common topic in the 21th century. People are obsessed with having the
perfect body, so they could feel beautiful not only on the inside but outside too. Women tend
to want a skinny model body, so they don't feel uncomfortable with their body when they are
spending time on the beach during summer time. Unfortunalely, some people are obsessed
with it and they tend to over exercise.
To begin with, there are many advantages of being fit. Firstly, exercising is really good for
health and it also gives more energy and makes less lazy. Secondly, exercising helps to
stenght muscles and bones so you will have a strong and good-looking body. It helps to feel
more self-confident and open to people. Also exercising with friends can be really interesting
and enjoyable.
