SPEECH: Attitude rather than aptitude is the key to succsess
Dear classmates and teacher!
Nearly every person in this room have big hopes for the future. Almost EVERY ONE of us want to
accomplish more than the others. We've set our standards high. Much higher than they were
before and every generation lifts them higher. Every one of us dream of/about all kind of things.
Some of them are small and brief, some bigger and long termed. Unfortunately, most of those
remain to dreams, because nowadays people are lazy. Somewhy we are waiting things to happen
without putting any effort to it. They say patience is a vertue, but if you want things to happen you
need to come out from your comfort-zone and take action. (50 sek)
When I was searching for materials for this speach, I constantly noticed 80/20 rule. It sais/d that
FULLY eighty percent of success will be determined by attitude and ONLY twenty by aptitude. (I
think the numbers are a litte bit exaggerated. 60/40 would be more suitable.) In my opinion, it
