• Time – WSP Cantor Seinuk, an internationally recognized structural engineering
firm based in New York, has been using BIM models as a basis for their bidding
documents. When all steel bidders are given a 3D model of the structure, they
automatically have an accurate tonnage and piece count. Moreover, at the time of
the contract award, a fully developed model is already available and time is not
