In 1913 was created power station, theatre building ,,Estonia" and townapothecary's shop was opened. In Kopli was established ship factories( ,,Vene-Balti's", ,,Noblenesser's" and ,,Bekker's factory"). Tramway was opened in Kopli in 1915 by factories ( ,,Vene-Balti's", ,,Noblenesser's" and ,,Bekker's factory") to they'r workers transport. 4
