power, they have, to satisfy own ambitions to feel a win's spirit. So they become winners, but it is only formally. On the other hand, there is only one advantage of a war getting some territory or money, but it has much more disadvantages like violence, distraction, houndreds of innocent victims, human's deaths etc. What's more, millions of veterans and their children would remember cruelty, violence and rudeness. In conclusion, I would like to say that war has neither winners nor losers. If somebody wins a war, he is the same loser like those who are not, because he puts himself at the same low moral level as a simple criminal.

problems and communicate effectively across cultures. In my opinion different cultures are blessing. Different cultures motivate people to learn other languages and the rules of courtesy. For example if you want to travel to other countries, you need to know the basic vocabulary and also it is very important to know the standards of conduct otherwise you may insult the local people. So the are blessing because they help to avoid rudeness. Keit Kallas

and complex human relations. The plot is very unpredictable so when the final result appears, it is very unexpected and well-hidden.3 Each incident pulls the audience deeper into the story and makes them to think and wonder but when the conclusion reveals, everything is logical and simple. This shows the wonderful work of the director. The different leves are combined very smoothly but it doesn't get boring, because of it's enthrilling action scenes, rudeness and drama.4 About the cast Jack Nicholson seems to be the perfect actor choice for the leading role. He has that charm and intelligence to perfectly carry out the role of Gittes. In the movie, he is even more appealing with his broken nose, than he was before. The sarcastic humour and the pointed saying in the movie made the audience smile and even laugh. Gittes always said the 1 Wikipedia The Free Encyclopedia: Chinatown http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinatown_(1974_film) (28.04.2013)

Old Mr. Dashwood

However, Elinor remains timid because she is still unsure that Edward reciprocates her affection; such things are not usually openly expressed until after the engagement. Six months after Fanny installs herself as mistress at Norland, Mrs. Dashwood receives a letter from her cousin Sir John Middleton, inviting her and her daughters to reside at Barton Cottage on his property in Devonshire. Eager to distance herself from Fanny's rudeness and insensitivity, Mrs. Dashwood immediately accepts the invitation and sends three servants ahead to Barton to prepare the house for their arrival. She informs John and Fanny of their imminent departure and encourages Edward Ferrars to come visit them at Barton. Following Marianne's tearful goodbye to their home at Norland, the family sets out for Barton Cottage. Commentary

" "Oh! my dear, I am quite delighted with him. He is so excessively handsome! And his sisters are charming women. I never in my life saw anything more elegant than their dresses. I dare say the lace upon Mrs. Hurst's gown--" Here she was interrupted again. Mr. Bennet protested against any description of finery. She was therefore obliged to seek another branch of the subject, and related, with much bitterness of spirit and some exaggeration, the shocking rudeness of Mr. Darcy. "But I can assure you," she added, "that Lizzy does not lose much by not suiting his fancy; for he is a most disagreeable, horrid man, not at all worth pleasing. So high and so conceited that there was no enduring him! He walked here, and he walked there, fancying himself so very great! Not handsome enough to dance with! I wish you had been there, my dear, to have given him one of your set-downs. I quite detest the man." Chapter 4

ESTONIAN SYMPHONIC MUSIC. THE FIRST CENTURY 1896-1996.

Quite strange indeed but just this has compelled me to compose opera.1 Kangro follows what may be referred to as the Twentieth century opera style, the spiritual atmosphere is close to Expressionism. We can perceive visionary shadows of Pierrot Lunaire, Wozzeck, Katerina Izmailova… The central work is Ohver (Sacrifice, after a story by Alexei Nikolaevich Tolstoy, staged in the Estonia Theatre in 1981), showing the strenuous atmosphere, distress, shallowness, rudeness, open amorality together with the stupid pretentiousness of diverse personages in the new Russian communist society. The composer was firmly rooted in popular music, be it an Estonian village tune or something from the pop charts. He wanted to be accepted by everyman. Kangro’s individuality points to a certain incongruity between his endeavours to create extensive forms and their execution. The first and particularly outstanding feature is the democratic trend of Kangro’s work

"Remember what Dr. Travis says about calculated risks? When your shrink tells you to take some, you should take some. You can deal with it. You and Cross are both adults." He turned his attention back to his Internet search. "Wow. Did you know he doesn't turn thirty for another two years? Think of the stamina." "Think of the rudeness. I'm offended by how he just threw it out there. I hate feeling like a vagina with legs." Cary paused and looked up at me, his eyes softening with sympathy. "I'm sorry, baby girl. You're so strong, so much stronger than I am. I just don't see you carrying around the baggage I do." "I don't think I am, most of the time." I looked away because I didn't want to talk about what we'd been through in our pasts. "It's not like I wanted him to ask me out on a date. But there has to
