The Black race has transgressed against itself historically, sociologically, culturally, and more especially
economically. On ever account, we are all guilty; and especially on the question of economics, if we
were to be sentenced for the crime we have committed against the Black race, we would all be shot. Of
course, this section of the book is not about recriminations, I think I have already detailed the problems
succinctly in the preceding sections. I know that, as a lot of critics would correctly point out, it is far
easier to criticize that to offer solutions. I intend not to do that – I have my own prescriptions for the
diseases which has infected and permeated the Black race. It may not be to everybody’s liking, but who
cares, it is my prescription; if you don’t like it let’s hear your own solution.
