cannot answer to the demand, if the research is not complete. By the trends of service
design the knowledge gathering about the customers is a continuing process and the
conceps should be tested by prototyping.
Customer oriented organisation structure of the resort needs to respond immediately on
all customer's needs. This cannot be created by a conqrete model because of the
uniqness of every segment. Every segment gives an opportunity to respond on
