The questionnaire is made to help me find some
answers for my research. The questionnaire aims to find answers to the questions of
how many people are familiar with hypnosis term, how wide is people’s knowledge in
this area, what are people’s opinions and experiences.
Please answer as thoroughly as you can. Responses are anonymous. All the responses
are used only to make generalisations and summaries.
