Woman and management
Good sence of authority,
ability to take risks and decisiveness which are akin to men´s characteristics were good to lay
the foundation for business. But also I think that going to business should not be forbidden to
women.
The advent of the indrustial revolution and during the World Wars, while men were at the
front, women took charge of the factory work and many other practical jobs. Thanks to
suffragettes, women became enfranchised.
Nowadays women are successfully pursuaded in a senior management. I think that bringing
justice into business is justified, because many skills of a good modern manager - good
communication skills, thoroughness, cooperativeness and a willingness to consult - are more
likely to be found in women than in men.
