The main values of an enterprise are mission, vision, organizational culture and
human resources, due to what also personnel relations, personnel policies and
strategies become a value. The connections to the enterprise's values are pointed out
and the schooling process is described. Significant components in schooling
regulation are schooling methods, their advantages and disadvantages, also previous
assessment of the need for schooling and its productiveness after its taken place.
The purpose of the present baccalaureate paper is to find out the schooling principles,
that currently exist in a specific enterprise, to describe and develop them.
The researching questions in the second part of the paper are answered on the basis of
the research results. The research questions were:
