drugs. CE methods were reported for accessing, separating metallodrugs and their
metabolites, characterizing related metalbioligand species, metabolomic and proteomic
analysis focussed on metalbased drugs.
Due to inexpensive quality control as well as projecting CE as a powerful alternative
to HPLC, CE approach has been used in the analysis and smallscale separation of PEGylated
proteins. The CZE nethod for the simultaneous analysis of omeprazole and lansoprazole was
achieved and thid method was applied to determine the quality of commercial capsules (some
application of CZE is shown in Table 4). Suxamethonium was determined by CE coupled
with attenuated total internal reflectance infrared microscopy (FTIR) (Sekhon, 2011).
