Any person at time of war, regarding his or her status, has guarantees:
Prohibited at any time by civilians or military agents: (a) violence to life, health or physical or
mental well-being of persons, in particular murder: torture of all kinds, corporal punishments,
mutilation; (b) outrages upon personal dignity, humiliating and degrading: taking hostage,
collective punishment, threaths to commit any of the foregoing acts.
