Les garçons sont à jouer et tout d'un coup, Paul est frappé avec une boule de neige lancée par Dargelois. Paul admire Dargelois. La boule de neige a une roche à l'intérieur et Paul se blesse. Ami de Paul, Gérard, lui prend la maison. Puis nous rencontrons Elisabeth. Elle est à la maison, en prenant soin de Paul et de leur mère malade.
