Public International Law is a system of law
they can simply say you can come to our country and you can negotiate the issue here
(both can go there without any political consequences in their own countries). But
these third parties do not interfere in the negotiations, and sometimes even don't
participate.
Mediation third state/ int organization provides a place for negotitations but here the
third party participates in the negotiations. They act as a neutral intermediary.
Conciliation could be broad or narrow. Broad conciliation is process of looking
for a peaceful settlement (so it concerns all forms of methods). Narrow special body
is created by the parties involved to the dispute, a comittee, comission, etc.
